Clean Harbors is looking for a Senior CRM Success Manager to sit in Norwell, MA. The Sr. CRM Success Manager functions as a primary systems expert to identify and resolve issues that lead to a better user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Acts with strategic thinking on how to make the tool sustainable long term while also providing a streamlined user interface for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise strong change management skills and governance process thinking.
- Work business tickets to completion quickly and in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders to resolve and document issues, solutions and best practices.
- Oversee all Territory Management activities in Salesforce to ensure territories are set and managed with the highest degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, Lightning Experience, dashboards, and reports.
- Stay up to date on the Salesforce ecosystem training and enhancements.
- Act as a point of contact for the Sales Ops function on new functionality and releases that impact the enterprise’s stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience with Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills with all levels of an organization in all channels (written, spoken, presentation).
- Deep competence in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and High Velocity Sales.
- Knowledge of Pardot preferred.
- Strong teamwork, team player mentality, and ability to influence others to produce sustainable results.
- General understanding of training best practices and change management.
