Clean Harbors is seeking an EOC Duty Operator I responsible for operating the 24-Hour Emergency Operations Center.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the 24-Hour Emergency Operations Center and manage all communications during your shift.
- Handle calls courteously and professionally, ensuring proper documentation and immediate response.
- Record detailed information and publish shift reports.
- Maintain and update EOC reference materials, conduct routine tests, and verify data accuracy.
- Provide detailed shipping info for hazardous materials upon request.
- Ensure phones are covered after hours and assist in training new operators.
- Support field operations with administrative and emergency response needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Customer service skills, decisiveness, and ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm during crises
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
