Join us as the Director of Sales Recycling Services at Clean Harbors. We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Sales organization, driving revenue growth across assigned Lines of Business. The role involves collaboration with various departments, including Product Management, Supply Chain, Technology, Operations, Pricing, and Facilities, to deliver high-value capabilities and ensure profitable growth.
The Director will manage Sales Directors, Managers, and Line of Business Sales Specialists, focusing on recruiting, training, and building a high-performance sales team.
Location considerations: Norwell, MA; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Linden, NJ.
