Wills & Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive Skipton | £DOE | Permanent 3+ years PQE PRIVATE CLIENT OPPORTUNITY – SKIPTON Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive considering your next move? CLD Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their friendly and highly experienced Private Client team in Skipton. This is not simply a role where you will be handed a caseload and left to get on with it. You will be joining a supportive team with a wealth of knowledge and experience around you, while having the opportunity to take ownership of your own work and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. THE ROLE You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, working with clients throughout the full lifecycle of their matters. Your caseload will include: Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate and estate administration Complex Court of Protection matters New client enquiries Taking initial instructions and advising clients Drafting legal documentation Managing matters through to completion Billing files and recovering monies due Ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently maintained This is a role suited to someone who enjoys the client-facing side of Private Client work and takes genuine pride in providing a high-quality, personal service. WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR You will ideally have 3+ years' PQE and solid experience across Wills, Probate and Private Client work. More importantly, you'll be someone who: Builds excellent relationships with clients Is confident managing their own caseload Has strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and estate administration Can deal confidently with complex matters Communicates clearly and professionally Has excellent attention to detail Is organised and able to manage competing priorities Works well under pressure without compromising on service Is proactive and able to use their own initiative Enjoys being part of a supportive team WHY CONSIDER IT?
