We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with account management or sales experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Liaise with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using Pipedrive CRM.
- Identify opportunities to increase account value, customer retention, and overall revenue.
- Support the wider sales team in achieving departmental and company targets.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in account management, internal sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
