Duties of Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Matching purchase orders to delivery notes and purchase invoices
  • Coding and inputting of all purchase invoices
  • Reconciling invoices to supplier statements
  • Producing regular payment lists
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Petty cash handling and reconciling
  • Assist with credit control when required

Essential:

  • Have solid experience working in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Be a confident communicator
