Are you an experienced RICS-qualified Land Agent looking for your next career move? We are working with a well-established Agriculture Department who are looking for an RICS-qualified Land Agent to join their team and take responsibility for their own portfolio of rural estates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in land agency, rural estate management or agricultural property who is looking for genuine responsibility, varied work and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.
The Role
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships and day-to-day estate matters
- Undertaking rent reviews, rent collection and arrears management
- Advising on agricultural and rural government grants
- Liaising with the Rural Payments Agency and Natural England
- Preparing and maintaining land and property mapping
- Assisting with agricultural client accounts and reporting
- Managing grazing agreements, repairs and maintenance
- Project managing specialist rural property projects
- Providing professional advice on rural estate and land management
About You
- RICS qualified essential
- Experienced as a Land Agent, Rural Surveyor or in a similar rural property role
- Experienced in rural estates, agricultural property and/or land management
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and clients
- Organised and able to manage your own portfolio and workload
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
CAAV qualification, rent review experience, agricultural grant knowledge and experience with Pro Map/LandApp would be highly desirable.
