Responsibilities
- Business Development & Networking (Primary Focus)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, housebuilders, landowners and professional introducers.
- Actively generate new instructions through networking, events and targeted engagement.
- Convert relationships into repeat developer and site instructions.
- Represent the business as a credible and trusted operator in the land and new homes market.
- Land & New Development Acquisition
- Identify, source and secure land and development opportunities.
- Create and assess site and land appraisals.
- Advise on pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- New Homes Sales Performance
- Oversee launches and ongoing sales performance across developments.
- Ensure excellent standards in presentation, pricing, lead handling and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimise performance.
- Marketing & Profile Building
- Work closely with marketing to raise the profile of the land and new homes proposition.
- Drive visibility through digital content, site updates, launches and success stories.
- Strengthen market awareness and credibility.
- Leadership, Reporting & Standards
- Lead and develop the Land & New Homes team and site-based representatives.
- Set performance expectations and maintain high delivery standards.

Essential Experience & Requirements
- Strong understanding of the full residential sales process (valuation/onboarding through to exchange and completion).
- Strong knowledge of the planning system and the land/new homes landscape.
- Proven experience creating and assessing site and land appraisals.
- Commercially minded with credibility at senior developer and housebuilder level.
- Confident networker, comfortable attending industry events.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
Desirable
- NAEA Level 3 (Sale of Residential Property) or equivalent.
