Residential Conveyancer Bradford Salary: Competitive | Full-time Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity? We are working with an established law firm in Bradford who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years experience who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion. The Role You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high-quality service to clients while ensuring matters progress efficiently and within required timescales. Key responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handling re-mortgages, Help to Buy matters and transfers of equity Managing files from initial instruction through to completion Keeping clients fully informed and managing expectations throughout Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records Undertaking legal research where required Reviewing titles and dealing with legal enquiries Completing AML, source of funds and source of wealth checks Processing bills promptly and accurately About You Minimum 5 years experience in residential conveyancing Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of residential property transactions Excellent client care and communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines A proactive and professional approach This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive legal team and build on your existing residential conveyancing experience.
