About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial, reception, and administrative support to our family law team. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Managing reception duties and handling client enquiries professionally
  • Preparing legal documentation including contracts, pleadings, briefs, policies, and court documents
  • Using the TIKIT (P4W) Case Management System
  • Maintaining accurate filing and administrative systems
  • Organising teleconferences and meetings with legal professionals and external parties
  • Recording and maintaining accurate cash movement records
  • Providing administrative support across the team
  • Supporting colleagues and assisting with general office duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent) minimum
  • RSA II qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work confidentially and professionally

Desirable:

  • Previous experience using TIKIT (P4W) Case Management System
  • Previous legal secretary experience, ideally within family law
