Senior Sales Negotiator
North Leeds
Salary: Β£30,000 DOE + Commission
Hours: Full-time, including 2 Saturdays a month (with time off in lieu)
My client are a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency based in North Leeds. With a strong local reputation and a focus on customer service, they pride themselves on offering a bespoke and personal approach to residential property sales. They are now looking for a driven and professional Sales Negotiator to join a close-knit team, with a clear progression path to becoming a Valuer.
The Role
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you\βll play a key role in the success of the business by generating and progressing sales, liaising with buyers and vendors, and ensuring smooth transactions from offer to completion. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales progression, with a natural passion for property and a desire to advance into a Valuer role in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
* Face to face property viewings
* Registering buyers and arranging property viewings
* Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Proactively managing and progressing agreed sales through to completion
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders
* Maintaining regular contact with clients and keeping them updated throughout the sales process
* Supporting and shadowing the Valuer on market appraisals to build knowledge and confidence
* Contributing to office targets and KPIs
Key Requirements
* Minimum 4 years\β experience in residential sales, including sales progression
* Strong understanding of the sales process from offer to completion
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Proactive and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
* A genuine interest in developing into a Valuer role
* Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle essential
* Local knowledge of North Leeds and surrounding areas preferred
