Sales Negotiator - Accrington

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face property viewings
Advertise properties online and via social media
Register buyers and sellers
Coordinate photography and marketing materials
Follow up leads from viewings and market appraisals
Provide regular updates to vendors on market activity
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties
Carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks and ID verification
What We\'re Looking For:
Property experience desirable but not essential
