Experienced Sales/Lettings Negotiator £32,000 OTE - Basic £27k North Leeds
Sales/Lettings Negotiator duties:
- Register applicants and match applicants to properties.
- Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective applicants.
- Booking viewings and valuations appointments.
- Following up valuations and leads to arrange viewings.
- Negotiating offers for both Sales and Lettings.
- Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and vendors for successful progression of the sale through to completion.
- Updating vendors on their property including any possible interest, marketing and actions completed. Also ensuring they are aware of the current property market and trends.
- Business Development to source sale instructions from developers to home owners.
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and sales.
- Support line manager on valuations and new instructions.
- Efficient diary planning.
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first class level of customer service at all times.
- Inform your Line Manager of ideas which may improve performance and efficiency.
To be considered for this role you must have experience working in Residential Sales or Lettings.
