We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive branch team, working closely with the Branch Manager and Director, while developing the skills required to progress into a Property Valuer / Lister role. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing buyer enquiries, conducting property viewings, generating new business, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also receive training and support to conduct property valuations and market appraisals, enabling you to win new instructions and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying property enquiries and converting leads into viewings and valuations
- Managing buyer applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Managing diaries and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Preparing property marketing materials and listings
- Supporting vendors with regular feedback and marketing updates
- Generating new business opportunities and prospecting for potential clients
- Producing engaging marketing content, including short social media videos
- Ensuring compliance with AML, CPR, and relevant property regulations
- Qualifying buyers and carrying out due diligence checks
- Generating solicitor and third-party referrals
- Assisting with sales progression to completion
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships
- Achieving sales targets and KPI expectations
- Supporting the Branch Manager and Director in day-to-day branch operations
- Training to conduct property valuations and list new instructions
About You
- Previous experience as an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator
- A strong track record in sales and customer service
- Confident communicator both face-to-face and over the phone
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Persuasive and motivated with a proactive approach to generating business
- Professional, honest, and personable with strong relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of property sales processes and compliance requirements
