My client, a family feel firm, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy team based in Leeds City Centre.
Applicants should ideally have at least 3 years' experience of running a case load and be able to complete all stages of the transaction from the file opening stage through to file closure stage.
Experience of leasehold transactions together with a basic understanding of the implications of the Building Safety Act 2022 is required.
Ability to run new build, shared ownership, remortgage and transfer of ownership files from start to finish would be advantageous.
