We are seeking a motivated and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. You will support our solicitors in managing property transactions, ensuring clients receive a smooth and efficient service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting solicitors with residential property transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, letters, and contracts.
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties.
- Monitoring deadlines and assisting with transaction progress.
- General administrative support as required.
