We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing property business in Wakefield who are looking to add a Lettings Administrator / Negotiator to their friendly and fast-paced team. The Role
- You will play a key part in keeping the lettings department running smoothly, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Managing day-to-day tenancy enquiries
- Progressing applications from offer to move-in
- Preparing tenancy agreements and compliance documents
- Coordinating maintenance issues with contractors
- Updating systems and ensuring files remain compliant
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
