We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor / Sales Negotiator to join a busy and friendly property team in LS17. This varied role combines sales progression with front-end sales support and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a sale from initial enquiry through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Managing agreed sales from offer stage through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
- Chasing progress, resolving issues and keeping chains moving
- Providing regular updates to all parties
- Handling buyer enquiries and registering applicants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
About You
- Previous experience in estate agency essential
- Experience in sales progression and/or sales negotiation preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales at once
- Proactive, professional and customer-focused
