Client Service Executive – After Sales (Property)
Leeds City Centre (Hybrid after probation)
Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:30pm
Hybrid: 2 days WFH per week (post-probation)
£26,000-£28,000 DOE
About the Role
We\’re seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to join a growing Property After Sales team. You\’ll support clients purchasing off‑plan investment properties, managing the journey from post‑exchange through to completion and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for buyers post‑exchange
- Liaise with brokers, developers, surveyors, agents, and suppliers
- Coordinate valuations, snagging reports, and furniture installations
- Raise invoices and purchase orders for works and furniture
- Manage and resolve client queries and complaints
- Support the After Sales Manager as required
About You
- Customer service experience (essential)
- Property experience (preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and team player
- Comfortable with basic financial administration
