Trainee Block Manager £25,000 + Bonus + £3600 Car allowance Free Parking Benefits * Cycle to work scheme * Discounted or free food * Enhanced maternity/paternity leave * Paid volunteer time * Private Health * Profit sharing * Work from home Trainee Block Manager duties: * Working within the Property Management team, dealing with day to day maintenance issues received via phone, email, letters, and via our website. * Ensuring contracts are in place for all services at all properties. * Replying to client and leaseholder queries within predefined timescales. * Carry out site inspections on a scheduled basis using our bespoke inspection app. * Ensure fire risk and health and safety actions are dealt with in a timely manner. * Ensure periodic inspections relating to health and safety are undertaken to ensure the company complies with regulations. * Attend shareholder/director meetings as and when required. * Agree service charge budgets with the accounts department and attend budget meetings when required. * Ensure property expenditure is in line with budgeted amounts by periodically checking. * Save all correspondence in accordance with company practices. * Maintain property database for \’out of hours\’ service. * Promote the good name of the company.
