Sales Negotiator Leeds Salary up to £25,000 (£80,000+ OTE) Monday – Friday + 1 in 3 weekends 9am-1pm My client are a leading property buying company based in Leeds and they are recruiting for an experienced Senior Negotiator. You will manage your own portfolio of properties across the UK dealing with all aspects while maintaining a high level of customer service with a view of securing sales in the shortest period of time possible. Sales Negotiator responsibilities: * Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling a targeted number of residential properties * Arranging viewings * Present and accept offers * Upsell services * Update and maintain notes for your portfolio * Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the sale process. * Build a strong rapport with sellers and buyers.
