This is a busy role covering a large area so you will be expected to hit the ground running. The main focus of the Valuer role will be generating instructions by carrying out as many appraisals as possible as well as following up of appointments to win business. You must have your own vehicle available for use and this must be insured for business use. You must have a good knowledge of the Wakefield area alongside relevant valuation experience.
