We are excited to be recruiting for a sous chef to support our Head Chef at a small care home in Alfriston, East Sussex. The role is 8am to 5pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Working to a seasonal set menu for Residents and Staff, set by our experienced Head Chef, you will be required to work alone and cook recipes from scratch with fresh ingredients.
Some culinary training and on-going support will be offered, but you must have a minimum of NVQ level 2, all allergen training and be used to working alone.
Essential to be a driver with own transport given the location.
The pay is negotiable and will reflect your level of expertise and the fact that you are working weekends.
