The Fire Administrator provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations. The role involves managing general office administration, handling telephone enquiries, diary coordination, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

About you
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
- Manage general office administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal systems to produce reports, update trackers, and manage documentation.
- Maintain CRM or project management systems to support workflow and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate diaries, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for contracts and site activities.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Support procurement activities, including ordering materials and assisting with inventory management.
- Monitor and update daily work trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Identify and resolve administrative or operational issues promptly, escalating where necessary.
- Support compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation, including fire safety–related records (training provided).
- Adapt to changing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to improve processes where possible.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Salary of up to 30K per annum, plus benefits including:
