The Role

We are looking for experienced, time-served Joiners to join our team, working across a variety of refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance contracts throughout the North West. Projects span several sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, education, defence and social housing, offering a diverse and rewarding workload. You will carry out a wide range of first and second fix joinery tasks as part of a skilled and professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out first and second fix joinery on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Install and fit kitchens, doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, window boards, and flooring.
  • Undertake partitioning, boxing-in, and general carpentry repairs.
  • Fit ironmongery and carry out any required adjustments.
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with site safety requirements.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining good communication with site supervisors, clients, and other trades.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area at all times.

Requirements

  • Time-served joiner or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Carpentry & Joinery.
  • Proven experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or maintenance joinery (not new build).
  • Competent in both first and second fix joinery tasks.
  • CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision.
