To support our continued growth we are looking for a Fixed Term Resident Liaison Officer for 16 to 18 months to join our team working from our Walsall Division on the Croc Works Project. The successful candidate will be acting as the first point of contact for residents, responsible for building and strengthening resident relationships and maximising satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • The role requires the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Dealing with Clients and Residents face to face and over the telephone.
  • Using your own vehicle / public transport to travel to singular locations in New Town and/or Birmingham.
  • Covering communal areas - general let / shared ownership.
  • Organising and carrying out surveys.
  • Booking appointments and providing residents with refurbishment options.
  • Provide a friendly courteous service.
  • Progress reporting and management of key performance indicators.

A Disclosure and Barring Services check will be carried out for successful candidates.

Qualifications

  • Strong empathy and the ability to support vulnerable individuals with professionalism and care.
  • Awareness of challenges faced by residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, approachable manner.
  • Highly organised, proactive and solution-focused.
  • Confident working collaboratively with site teams and clients.
  • Must have ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
