- Reinstatement Planner to join our growing operational team based at our
Brentwood office .
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with operational teams to plan and coordinate reinstatement works, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
Please note: This role is based in Brentwood and regularly requires visits to operational sites.
Due to the location and travel requirements, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
The office is not easily accessible by public transport.
About the Role
As a Reinstatement Planner, you'll
- Plan and schedule reinstatement works across operational programmes.
- Liaise with supervisors, operatives and office teams to ensure efficient delivery.
- Monitor work schedules and respond to changing operational priorities.
- Ensure works are programmed in line with customer and business requirements.
- Support the coordination of permits, traffic management and reinstatement activities.
- Help drive productivity while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous planning, scheduling or coordination experience (utilities or highways experience desirable).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
