to lead and deliver social value across projects in Warrington, the Midlands, and surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Head of Social Impact, you\'ll help shape and deliver client-focused social value strategies that make a real difference.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of social value commitments for clients
  • Develop and implement social value strategies and frameworks
  • Work with delivery teams, partners and supply chain to achieve KPIs
  • Coordinate community activities with schools, colleges and local organisations
  • Support volunteering, work experience and funding initiatives
  • Produce social value reports (Thrive, TOMS, HACT)
  • Contribute to bids with social value proposals and case studies
  • Represent Axis at events, forums and industry groups
  • Promote achievements with support from our Social Impact & Comms Intern

Who You Are

  • Experienced in social value delivery or community engagement
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and project management
  • Knowledge of social value measurement tools (Thrive/TOMS/HACT)
  • Passionate about strengthening local communities
  • Flexible and confident working across office, site and home

What We Offer

  • £45,000 - £50,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Car allowance
