CLC Facilities Ltd has been operating since the early 2002 and offer the full range of engineering services.

Our Mechanical division undertakes commercial and domestic compliance, installation, reactive repair & planned maintenance services in London and the South East of England to Public and Private clients.

As a growing company we are always looking to add new engineers to our teams and currently have an open vacancy for a Mobile Electrician.

The right candidate will be working within commercial and Public premises for current contracts within the South East and London areas.

The candidate will be expected to undertake breakdowns, PPM remedial works such as EICR remedials and EMG lighting replacements as well as small installations and adaptions to electrical systems.

The successful candidate will ideally be located in Surrey close to the M25 to allow easy access to the South West and London.

  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Undertaking remedial works following EICR’s to commercial fixed wiring installation and testing own installations on completion.
  • Mobile, travelling daily to different locations carrying out fault finding & repairs to electrical faults
  • Good knowledge of BS7671 regulations
  • Verification & Testing, Minor New Works and Electrical Installation Certificates
  • Inspect & Test emergency lighting systems to BS5266 including repairs
  • 5 Years + experience

Qualifications

  • City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Test
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • Security clearance
  • DBS checks required (carried out by CLC facilities)
  • You will be asked to complete a BPSS through CV insight to undertake work on MOD sites
  • This job can be offered as PAYE or on a sub-contract basis
