We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and investing in its people. Based in Wigan, this hybrid role offers genuine flexibility following your onboarding period, with 2-3 days per week in the office. You'll become part of a supportive and collaborative Commercial Property team, handling a varied caseload for an impressive client base across the North West. You'll manage matters from instruction through to completion, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work, business leases and lease renewals, social housing transactions, and development and regeneration projects. You'll also work alongside experienced Partners on more complex transactions while building lasting relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals. We're looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property who is confident managing their own caseload. You'll have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to client care. Experience in social housing, development work or business development would be beneficial, but it's not essential.
