You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning Estate administration and Probate Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection applications Trusts and taxable estates Advising clients on wider estate planning matters The role would suit a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2-3 years' PQE, although candidates with significantly more experience are particularly encouraged to apply. This is a senior opportunity with the potential to take on management responsibilities, working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Department. My client offers a genuinely supportive and approachable working environment, alongside the flexibility to work from home following probation, depending on experience and individual circumstances.
