The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Fee Earner to join a nationally recognised Abuse Compensation Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a specialist area of personal injury litigation, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Working across both Civil Abuse Claims and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) matters, you\'ll play a key role in helping survivors secure the justice and compensation they deserve while developing your own legal expertise.
- You will support the team on a varied caseload of Civil and CICA claims, assisting with matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, managing case files and providing outstanding client care in what is often a sensitive area of law.
About You
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Good IT skills and confidence working in a paper-lite environment.
- A general understanding of Personal Injury litigation.
- Previous experience within Personal Injury or litigation is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
