Trusts & Estates Executive I’m working on a really good opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner with solid Trusts experience. This is with a well-established regional firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, and you’d be joining a supportive Private Client team doing some really interesting work. The big thing here is Trusts experience is essential. This isn’t a role where you can learn Trusts from scratch. You’ll be dealing with the administration and compliance of UK Trusts, working with trustees and senior colleagues, dealing with HMRC reporting, statutory deadlines and trust-related tax matters. What they’re looking for: Good hands-on Trusts experience – essential Private Client experience, ideally across Trusts, Estates or Tax Someone confident managing their own workload and deadlines Strong attention to detail Comfortable dealing with clients, trustees and professional advisers Someone who genuinely wants to develop their Trusts knowledge further This could suit a Private Client Paralegal, Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Trust Administrator who is ready for a move into a more technical role. You don’t need to be a qualified solicitor - Good Trusts experience and the right attitude are much more important. What’s on offer? A really good Private Client team, quality work, opportunities to develop technically and a firm that genuinely invests in its people. There’s also a 35-hour week, 22–25 days’ holiday plus Christmas and Bank Holidays, healthcare, pension, death in service and a range of wellbeing benefits. If you’re already working with Trusts and fancy doing something a little more interesting with that experience, I’d definitely be keen to have a chat. Contact Leanne Byrne
