Job Description
- Manage your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated international personal injury claims
- Obtain and review medical and other supporting evidence
- Deliver high standards of client care, ensuring regular communication and case updates
- Time recording, billing, and debtor management to meet chargeable targets
- Contribute to business development and departmental visibility
- Work closely with a collaborative and supportive legal team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Personal Injury, with demonstrable knowledge of Travel Litigation
- Strong working knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and processes
- Proven track record of handling a caseload independently from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Organised, commercially aware, and client-focused
Desirable:
- Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems
- A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships
