The Group Compliance Manager will lead, manage and oversee all regulatory, legal, risk, data protection and compliance activities across 3 aspects of the Law Firm. The role ensures that the firms meet their obligations under SRA regulations, AML legislation, data protection law, lender panel requirements, Companies House obligations, CQS standards and internal governance frameworks.
The postholder will act as a central point of expertise, providing guidance to Directors, senior leaders and transactional teams, while maintaining robust systems, controls and reporting mechanisms.
You will be employed by the Law Firm, which is a service Company for the Group operations. Within the group are two separate law firms, both of which have won numerous awards in their respective sectors and are exploring growth opportunities.
