Serious Injury Fee Earner / NQ Solicitor | Birmingham | Hybrid Working

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days office-based)
We are seeking an ambitious Serious Injury Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor (approximately 2-10 years' PQE) to join a highly experienced and well-established Serious Injury team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career handling complex and rewarding cases involving:
- Catastrophic injuries
- Brain and spinal injuries
- Serious orthopaedic injuries
- Amputations
- Fatal accident claims
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload of claims valued up to £100,000, while also assisting Partners on high-value cases exceeding £1 million.
The Role:
- Managing and assisting on serious injury claims
- Focusing on early intervention and rehabilitation
- Delivering exceptional client care
- Progressing litigated matters proactively
- Managing court deadlines and limitation dates
- Valuing quantum and negotiating settlements
- Supporting business development initiatives
