A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and supportive private client team, handling a varied caseload and working alongside experienced legal professionals.
This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, develop specialist expertise and benefit from genuine opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will undertake a varied caseload of private client matters, with a particular focus on estate administration, trust administration, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
The team also receives referrals from the Court of Protection department, including matters relating to statutory Wills and estate administration, alongside new instructions from private clients.
This is a client-facing role, involving regular contact with clients, their families and carers, providing practical and tailored legal advice across a broad range of private client matters.
The successful candidate will manage their own files under supervision while working closely with an experienced team of two Directors, six Solicitors and three Paralegals, supported by three dedicated Legal Secretaries.

The successful candidate will ideally have
- Experience handling estate administration matters.
- Experience in trust administration.
- Strong drafting experience in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- The ability to build strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
