An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Legal Secretary to join a law firm in the Salford area, supporting the Operations Manager and providing assistance to the Court of Protection and Private Client teams.
This role would suit someone with a strong legal secretarial background, excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to providing a high standard of client care.
The Role
You will provide a varied mix of PA, secretarial and administrative support, including:
- Typing from dictation and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing appointments, meetings and general administration.
- Handling telephone calls and dealing with client enquiries.
- Supporting the Operations Manager and assisting the Court of Protection team.
About You
You will have at least two years' experience within a law firm, ideally having experience across private client or court of protection law.
Experience using the SOS case management system would be beneficial.
