If you're an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a role where you can take ownership of your caseload while being part of a supportive team, this could be a great next move.
You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, covering a range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
You'll be trusted to manage your files with minimal supervision, while having the support of an experienced team around you when needed. About you
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- The ability to handle files from instruction through to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- The confidence to work independently
- A positive, team-focused approach
