I’m working with a friendly firm in Stourport looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, provide a personal service to clients and become a valued part of the team, with the potential to progress towards Partnership in the future.
The role
You’ll handle a varied Private Client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
- Advising executors and beneficiaries
Who are they looking for?
Someone who is technically capable, organised and confident managing their own caseload, but who also understands that great Private Client work is about people as much as paperwork.
You’ll have excellent client care and communication skills, a practical and commercially aware approach, and a genuine interest in building lasting client relationships.
