We are offering an exciting, fast-paced opportunity to join one of the top 30 conveyancing firms in the UK.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced conveyancer with a proven track record across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold, leasehold, and New Build instructions.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently and able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise effectively with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
- Manage a diverse caseload including sales and purchases, equity, Right to Buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with introducers to develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee cases from inception through to post-completion.
- Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years' experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
- Relevant qualification (e. g. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or demonstrable experience managing your own caseload.
- Commercially aware and comfortable working to targets.
- Strong technical expertise, with proven experience completing title checks and raising or responding to enquiries.
- Proficient in IT, with experience using case management systems.
- Commercially astute, understanding the importance of meeting business objectives.
- Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience liaising with corporate estate agents and other referrers.
