Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join their award-winning Residential Conveyancing team on a full-time, office-based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector, working alongside experienced conveyancers in a busy and supportive environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of residential property matters while playing a key role in supporting the smooth progression of conveyancing transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day progression of conveyancing files
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
  • Managing incoming post, emails, and general administration
  • Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting fee earners to ensure deadlines and service standards are met
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to clients throughout the transaction process
