Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join their award-winning Residential Conveyancing team on a full-time, office-based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector, working alongside experienced conveyancers in a busy and supportive environment. The successful candidate will gain hands‑on exposure to a broad range of residential property matters while playing a key role in supporting the smooth progression of conveyancing transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day progression of conveyancing files
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
- Managing incoming post, emails, and general administration
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting fee earners to ensure deadlines and service standards are met
- Providing a professional and friendly service to clients throughout the transaction process
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast‑paced environment.
