You will manage your own caseload while developing your technical expertise across a broad range of Private Client matters.
This role offers genuine responsibility from the outset, alongside ongoing training and the opportunity to work towards STEP qualification.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of Probate and Private Client matters.
- Taking instructions for Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.
- Drafting Wills and LPAs.
- Preparing and submitting Probate Registry applications.
- Meeting clients in the office, at their homes and in care settings where required.
- Providing a professional, compassionate service to elderly clients and bereaved families.
- Maintaining accurate case files and case management records while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client gained during training.
- Good working knowledge of Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration.
- Keen to continue developing your technical skills, with an interest in working towards STEP qualification.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicator with a client‑focused attitude.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
