Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Sutton Coldfield Salary: Up to £27,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity An established and growing legal practice is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy property team. This is an ideal opportunity for a paralegal with previous residential conveyancing experience who is comfortable with the more hands-on aspects of a transaction and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. You will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing support across the conveyancing process and taking responsibility for your own tasks and files. Key Responsibilities Opening and setting up residential conveyancing files Issuing contracts and preparing contract packs Assisting with sales and purchases from instruction through to completion Preparing and reviewing relevant conveyancing documentation Dealing with enquiries and progressing matters proactively Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties Keeping clients updated throughout the transaction Managing day-to-day workflow, correspondence and post Assisting fee earners with the progression of their caseloads Ensuring files are maintained accurately and efficiently Working as part of a close-knit property team to ensure matters progress smoothly About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within residential conveyancing A good understanding of the conveyancing process Experience opening files and issuing contracts Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive and client-focused approach The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines A genuine interest in developing your career within residential property What's on Offer Salary up to £27,000, depending on experience Company pension On-site parking Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to develop your residential conveyancing experience Long-term career development within a growing legal practice If you are interested in the above role, please call Sam Oliver on (phone number removed) or forward your most recent CV to (url removed).
