A highly successful and growing boutique law firm, based in an affluent area of central London, are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join and head up their Residential Conveyancing team. The firm is on the panel of all high street lenders and has close ties with a large number of overseas and private banks.

You will have a minimum of 6 years PQE, with strong experience in New Build transactions and dealing with High Net Worth clients which you must be able to illustrate through your current work. You will be managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

You must have a proven track record of managing a successful conveyancing team and hold strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. There will be a competitive salary dependent on the nature of your experience, please specify your salary requirements. Hybrid working will be available for all candidates and there is scope for further progression for the right candidate.
