My client is a well-established team of local solicitors based in Teeside who provide service to individuals, families and businesses. They are seeking a couple of Residential Conveyancers to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Conduct property searches and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and manage time effectively to meet client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient IT skills for managing case management systems and conducting online searches.
- Highly organised with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
- You will have at least 2 years' experience independently managing a full caseload of mixed residential property files.
Salary & Employment Type
This will be a full-time role where the salary will be competitive from £35k - £50k dependent on experience.
