A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Real Estate/Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and highly regarded London property team.
The Role
- Support an experienced fee earner on live property transactions
- Assist from instruction through to completion & post-completion
- Raise and review enquiries
- Assist with reports on title, searches and mortgages
- Liaise with clients, lenders, agents and solicitors
- Support with AML, exchange, completion and general file management
What They're Looking For
- Previous conveyancing/property experience in a legal environment
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process
- Experience with enquiries and report drafting
- Organised, commercially aware and confident working to deadlines
