My client, a leading UK law firm with one of the largest real estate teams in the country, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join their Residential Development team.
Working alongside highly respected specialists, you will advise an impressive client base including FTSE-listed housebuilders, regional developers, investors, major corporate occupiers, and funders.
The role offers a rare opportunity to combine high-quality work with a supportive and collaborative environment, helping to deliver some of the UKs most exciting development projects.
You will be involved in a variety of work focused on acquiring both immediate and strategic land for development, supporting my clients national housebuilder practice.
This will include:
– Advising high-profile developer clients on site acquisitions.
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
– Collaborating with colleagues across regional and national teams.
– Playing an active role in business development and representing the firm at industry events.
Ideally you will have:
– 2+ years PQE in real estate, ideally with experience in residential development or working with housebuilders.
– Strong technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
– A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for client engagement.
– Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
