I m currently working with a highly regarded commercial law firm that is looking to strengthen its Property Disputes team with the appointment of a Property Litigation Solicitor at around 4-5 years PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator who is looking for genuine responsibility, autonomy and a varied caseload, while still having the support of an experienced, collaborative and inclusive team around them. The role You ll be handling a broad range of commercial property litigation matters, working with a varied client base across a number of different sectors. The caseload is varied and could include disputes involving: Landlord and tenant matters Easements Adverse possession Restrictive covenants Rights to light Wider commercial property disputes Given the nature of the role, you ll need to be confident managing your own matters and dealing directly with clients, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team. About you I m keen to speak with Property Litigation Solicitors who have around 4-5 years PQE and can demonstrate a broad range of experience across commercial property disputes.
